Corporate massage is a seated chair massage that is provided by a qualified massage therapist.

Where should the massage be performed?

 

Massages can be performed in any workplace providing it is convenient and a quite space is available. Ideally a quiet room would be used to allow for total relaxation, however a quite area in a common office space can also be used. If employees aren’t able to leave their desks, therapists can perform massages in their own office chairs.

Will oil or lotions be used?

 

No lotions or oils will be used, this massage is performed over clothing.

Will I have to get undressed?

 

No, a seated massage is performed fully clothed.

 

How often can the therapists visit?

 

Therapists can visit once a week or once a month, this is at the discretion of the employer. For massage to become most effective in the workplace it is recommended that some level of regularity is met.

How long will the massage be?

 

Seated massages generally last for 10-15 minutes.

How much space do you need for the massage?


A 2x2m space would be ideal to work in. Generally a quite office area or conference room is the most suitable.
